During the New Year holiday, my partner and I stayed at a charming hotel with breathtaking views over Cangas de Onis. With our two young children, we enjoyed the spacious grassy area in front of our apartment where they could play freely.The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities I love, including a coffee machine, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. The staff, though Spanish-speaking only, provided excellent local recommendations for activities and dining options in Cangas. We discovered a fantastic restaurant named La Caldera just a short walk away, perfect for Sunday market visits.Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful, offering a base to explore the beauty of Picos de Europa. Highly recommend it for families and travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.
